In a developing story, Patricia Chambers, the Florida woman who Peachtree Settlement Funding agreed to pay cash in exchange for the rights to receive 3 annual structured settlement payments, with an effective discount rate of 41.73%, is now apparently listed as a defendant in a suit filed by Settlement Funding, LLC (Peachtree), according to Court Records of Broward County 17th Judicial District of Florida (Case CACE 07011854).
